le sigh, you cover my conflict perfectly because I want to just be barefoot on the beach smelling the ocean but am also wondering when I should jump into Claude code

I mean one sounds more immediately appealing than the other. I will say though...I think once you figure out something that you'd really want to see come alive by using these tools, and you actually pull it off, is pretty exciting.

A freeing thought: you don't ever need to "pick a side." And btw, you can change your mind later.

I agree. Something I've been learning the past couple of years is that more decisions are reversible than what we like to think, but we don't give ourselves permission to change course because we are afraid of being wrong.

That’s a brilliant portfolio website! I understand Frozen but how can you not have seen K-Pop demon hunters, how? I’m attempting something similar - going for a walk without my phone feels torturous and somehow magical at the same time

Thank you, Perzen! I was pretty proud of it. And re: K-Pop demon hunters...I just never had a desire to watch it, but the main song from the soundtrack is amazing.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, my friend! You are a skilled writer, and I enjoyed this piece and I think many people are pondering this token-maxing vs. touch grass dichotomy right now.
